Shipping

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

  • We are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses.
  • Currently only shipping within the U.S.

SHIPPING TIME:

  • Our warehouse is located in Clements, CA and operates Monday - Friday
  • Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days
  • We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders $75+
  • Shipping times will vary depending on the shipping method selected and your shipping destination. Please note that shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.
  • You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • Please note that orders may be delayed during peak holiday periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

ORDER TRACKING:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package on the carrier's website using this tracking number.
  • We are not responsible for any packages within the post office or any stolen packages.
  • If your order is marked as delivered, but not in your possession, we recommend first checking with surrounding neighbors or businesses, then contacting the courier regarding your lost package.
  • We are not responsible for items damaged once in the possession of the shipping courier.

Returns

HOW TO MAKE RETURNS:

  • Assuming your order meets return eligibility requirements, you will be issued a return label to the email associated with order placed.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 12 business days of delivery.
  • ALL RETURNS are for STORE CREDIT ONLY, No exceptions!
  • Any postage purchased is non-refundable.
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed after delivery
  • Store Credit will be emailed to the email address associated with the order, minus the cost of the return shipping label.
  • Returns postmarked after the 12 business days of delivery will be rejected.

To start a return you will need to contact us here with the following info:

  1. Name (First & Last), email & phone number associated with order
  2. order number
  3. reason for return/exchange

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

  • Any sale item
  • Anything marked "Final Sale" on the invoice
  • Accessories (Jewelry, Bags, Hats, Belts, Sunglasses, etc)
  • Bodysuits
  • Anything purchased with a discount of 25% or higher
  • Black Friday & Cyber Monday Deals

RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, scent and makeup free. This includes smoke, deodorant, and perfume scents.
  • Original tags must be attached & intact.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 12 business days of delivery.
  • Shoes must be returned in the ORIGINAL BOX and inside of shipping packaging to avoid damage to the box during shipment.

General

RESTOCKING:

  • We are unable to restock all items, but do our best to restock if we can.
  • We suggest signing up for RESTOCK NOTIFICATIONS on the product's page you're interested in. You can choose to be notified by email or text if the item can be restocked.
  • Receiving this notification does not guarantee that you will be able to buy the item, or that the item is being held for you. This is sent to everyone who signed up to be notified of the restock. If you love it, we suggest purchasing ASAP!

LOST, MISSING OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:

  • If you receive a package with missing or incorrect items, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your package. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the correct items immediately.
  • Closet Den Boutique is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for assistance in locating your package.
