Refund policy

Returns must be postmarked within 12 business days of the delivery date. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

All returns will receive store credit in the form of an online gift card via email (less our original shipping cost). Store credit is just like cash and never expires. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed, after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, scent and makeup free. (Including smoke, deodorant,perfume scents and animal/pet hair.)
  • Original tags must be attached & intact.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 12 business days of delivery.
  • Shoes must be returned in the ORIGINAL BOX and inside of shipping packaging to avoid damage to the box during shipment.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Any Sale items
  • Anything marked "Final Sale" on the invoice
  • Accessories (Jewelry, Bags, Hats, Belts, Sunglasses, etc)
  • Bodysuits or Bralettes
  • Anything purchased with a discount of 25% or higher
  • Black Friday & Cyber Monday Deals
  • Anything categorized as "Flash Sale"

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards. Gift Card's are viewed as "Store Cash" and never expire.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 


Refunds
Please allow 2-3 business days for your store credit to be emailed after delivery of return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll issued store credit in the form of a Gift Card which will be emailed to the email address associated with the order.
